This page explains what personal data Harbor Gang (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit harborgang.com or contact us through the addresses on this site. It does not cover the individual products (Ship, Lighthouse, Buzz) — each product publishes its own privacy notice.

What we collect

• Site analytics. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-less analytics to count page views. No individual visitor is identified.
• Email correspondence. When you write to one of our inboxes, we keep the message and our reply for as long as the conversation is useful — typically the life of the relationship.
• Job applications. If you apply for a role, we keep your CV and notes for up to 12 months, then delete them.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell personal data.
• We don’t place advertising cookies or trackers.
• We don’t share email contents with third parties.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email hello@harborgang.com with your request and we’ll respond within 30 days.
